Win a Skydive Promotion 2026
The promoter is Drifter and The Leisure Accommodation Collective.
Employees of The Leisure Accommodation Collective or associated brands or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
A person is granted one entry per valid booking and relevant social media interaction as outlined below.
Entrants warrant that their entry in the Competition does not breach the intellectual property rights of any third party nor breach the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (CCA). The entrant indemnifies and will keep the Promoter and its associated agencies indemnified against any loss, costs (including legal costs), expenses or liability the Promoter and its associated agencies may suffer arising out of any breach by the entrant of this clause.
To have a valid entry, all entrants MUST:
Have any a valid booking made on the Drifter website https://thedrifter.com between January 1st 2026 and March 31st 2026
All bookings will be entered into the draw to win one of five Skydive passes provided by Experience Co and Skydive Australia, each valued at $558
The promotion is open to all guests aged 18 years and over.
One winner will be selected at random every fortnight during the promotional period and will be notified by email using the contact details provided at the time of booking. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, the prize may be forfeited and another winner may be drawn.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other product or service.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax or other implications arising from the acceptance or use of the prize.
The promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim suffered by any person in connection with participation in the promotion or redemption or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Standard Drifter booking terms and conditions apply to all bookings made as part of this promotion. Cancelled, refunded, or no-show bookings are not eligible for entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter, and agents directly associated with the promotion, are not eligible to enter.
This promotion is a game of chance. Winners are selected at random. Where required, the promotion will be conducted in accordance with relevant state and territory trade promotion laws and permit requirements, and any applicable permit numbers will be published by the promoter. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, or to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
By participating in this promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being collected and used by the promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion and contacting prize winners, and otherwise in accordance with the Drifter Privacy Policy.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Winners will be chosen by The Leisure Accommodation marketing staff in accordance with the premise of the competition.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
Winners should allow 7 days from the prize draw for redemption.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
