This is not your typical hospitality role. You’ll be out in the space creating energy, bringing people together, hosting experiences, and making every stay feel memorable.

From events and social moments to local recommendations and content creation, you’ll help bring the Drifter vibe to life. We also want people who can bring their own thing to the space whether that’s music, yoga, food, art, fitness, or something completely different.

Experience is a bonus, but personality is everything. We’re looking for people with confidence, charisma, initiative, and the ability to make people feel welcome instantly.
