What are check-in hours?

Reception is open daily from 7am to 9pm, and check-in is from 3pm. If you're arriving after 9pm, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll organise access for you.. Late arrivals can be arranged — just let us know in advance.

What ID do I need to check in?

A valid photo ID is required. This can be a passport, driver’s licence, or government-issued ID card.
