Book your Drifter nights
Log in to your Wanderpass account any time using your phone number. We’ll text you a verification code to confirm it’s you, then you can lock in your 10 bunk nights at any Drifter property. Just give us at least 72 hours’ notice before your first night.

Book your bus travel
Separately, Greyhound will email your travel pass and a Greyhound booking number within 48 hours of purchase, along with steps to set up a My Greyhound account and book each leg of your trip. For help with travel bookings, visit Greyhound’s Manage Booking page.

Do I need to stay at the same property each time?
No, your bunk nights can be used at any Drifter property, mix and match as your route changes. Just note that blackout dates and surcharges may apply at certain properties during peak periods.

What if my room type isn’t showing?
If a room type doesn’t appear as an option on your eligible dates, it means there’s no availability for that type or property at the time. Try a different date or property instead.

Do I book everything in one place?
You purchase DriftHound once, on thedrifter.com. From there, you’ll book your bus travel with Greyhound and your bunk nights with Drifter, whenever suits your route.
How do I book my Drifter accommodation nights?
Log in to your Wanderpass account with your phone number. We’ll send a verification code by SMS to confirm it’s you, then you can book your 10 nights at any Drifter property.
How much notice do I need to book a Drifter stay?
At least 48 hours before your first night. Book as soon as your travel dates firm up, especially during peak periods.
How do I book my bus travel?
Your Greyhound pass and booking number arrive by email within 48 hours of purchase. For help booking your trips, visit Greyhound’s Manage Booking page.
I haven’t received my Greyhound pass. What do I do?
Check your spam folder first. Please allow up to 72 hours for Greyhound to action your pass. If you still haven’t received it after that, visit our FAQ page or email [email protected] with the email address you purchased under and we’ll follow up on your behalf.
What happens if I don’t have access to my mobile phone for Wanderpass?
You can also log in using your email address. Just note that your phone number is required initially to verify your account, so keep it handy the first time you log in.
How long is my pass valid?
Your first day of travel must fall within 12 months of purchase. Unused nights or travel days can’t be extended or refunded once that window closes.
